These 3 months have been such a great learning experience, a different experience all together. Learning and growing have been the key aspect of my journey here. I’m studying diploma in baking & patisserie from the Le Cordon Bleu, Ottawa. It’s been such a delight in just the basic course; I can’t wait for what’s to come in the upcoming levels.

The Demos and the Practical are all that I look forward to every week. The students and chefs are all so helpful and cordial. It’s a home away from home.
